Notify us by email at eo@eo.dk within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item/s. Send the item/s in the original packaging back to the return address within 14 days from your notification. The return delivery cost must be paid by you the customer, and is not covered by EO. You will receive your refund within 30 days after we receive the notifying email. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the item/s.
